NCC UNIT of Our College
The NCC unit of our college has 160 cadets, under the leadership of Lt. Poonam
Singh, Associate Professor of Economics, since 2005. Our Cadets participate in physical training, such as drills and weapon training, and NCC social service activities. National Integration Camp (NIC), Army Attachment Camp (AAC), Trekking Camp (TC), Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC), Leadership Camp (LC), and Republic Day Camp (RDC) are only a few of the camps that our college ncc cadets have attended so far.
NCC UNIT Activities in 2019-20
NCC has supported community development programmes with the aim of inculcating in cadets selfless service to the community, labour integrity, the value of self-help, environmental protection, and assisting poorer sections of society in their upliftment. Planting trees, energy conservation, blood donation, the anti-dowry oath, and female infanticidal are all part of that initiative.
(A)Achievements:
1.Lt. Poonam Singh received DG NCC Appreciation Plank card (Highest appreciation in NCC) in September 2019 in New Delhi for her contribution to NCC
2.Senior Under Officer Deeksha Sharma won silver medal in most prestigious National Level shooting Competition “Mavlankar Shooting Competition held in Kolkata. Finally, she has been selected for National Team of India.
3.Under officer Saumya Shukla was selected for Thal Sainik Camp (TSC) New Delhi, to represent UP Directorate.
4-Our cadet Shweta Gautam got selection in Police services
(B)Activities:
1.Enrolment: Selection of cadets in first year by testing them physically (21 August 2019 and written exam in July.
Total 69 cadets were selected in the first year after rigrous test activities . After enrolment and first year selection, classes and trainning with drill and weopon started .
2-Combined Annual Training Camp I

Location: University Campus, Bareilly
Duration: 16 June to 25 June 2019
Our college Cadets Strength: 20 (12 2nd year and 08 3rd year)
3-Poster Competition on Yoga Day 22 June 2019
Posters made by cadets under FIT INDIA Campaign and posted on social media to promote this. total 26 cadets participated.
4: Tree Plantation under Green Bharat Abhiyan (11 July 2019)
Total cadets participated: 34
5-Lecture on Pocso Act in JLA to Trainee officers of Army- 24 July 2019
7: Independence Day Celebration (15th August 2019)
Flag Hosting and tree plantation (total 89 cadets were present and 12 cadets Participated in plantation )
8: Represented Uttar Pradesh Directorate as a chief commander in All India Thal Sainik Camp New Delhi , third Time from 16 Sep. to 28 Sep.2019.
Enjoyed the Camp with so many ANOs and Cadets coming from the every corner of the country. Our cadets participated in all the competition and won medals.
9: Poster Making Competition on the Topic “ Beti Bachao Beti Padhao” Abhiyan to support the movement on the International Girl’s Day (11 Oct 2019). Total no. of cadets participated :36
10: Rally on Sadak Suraksha and Traffic Rules Awareness and Road Discipline on 23 Nov 2019. Total 82 cadets participated with small banner and Charts.
11: Poster Competition and awareness rally on “Water Conservation” and “Save Female Foeticide” on 24th November 2019 to sensitise the cadets about environment protection and resource conservation. Total 17 cadets made Posters. Cadets took oath to save the water and environment, and no use of polyethene bags.

13: Slogan writing Competition on “Road Safety” on 25th November 2019 to provide knowledge and awareness to the cadets about simple rules of safety on the roads. total 22 cadets made slogan on the topic.
14: Visit of Commanding Officer Brig. Amarjeet Vasdev and Adam Officer Maj. Shweta Singh in the College Unit on 26th November 2019

A: Cleanliness drive began in College from 01.12 2019
B. Plogging and Cleanliness Drive: (Location -CI Park to Ramayan Mandir Model Town, Bareilly during Swachhta Week 07.12 2019
The NCC cadets of college organised cleanliness drive under SWATCHH BHARAT SWASTH BHARAT ABHIYAN on 1-15 DECEMBER 2019. The main purpose of this programme was to create awareness among the NCC cadets regarding cleanliness and its benefits. All the cadets took pledge to clean our college campus and to make our city smart and clean. Total 96 Cadets participated in this Campaign.
